If you own a restaurant or manage one I am sure you have seen the need for a high class blender. Regular old blenders may get the job done, but it will most likely be at the very high cost of time and customer satisfaction. The size is incredibly helpful when making a lot of the same drinks. This is great if you run into that single situation often with customers. Unfortunately in reality it is more likely that there are many different kinds of smoothies that need to be made. With this thought in my mind I would actually rather recommend that you buy more than one regular blender rather than the large blender anyway.
The fact is that it will almost cost you just as much to purchase two or three regular blenders than it will to buy a good blender like the ones made by Waring. However, if you are set on owning something of this caliber I have to point you in the direction of Waring for the best quality and experience. I have no doubt that you will also find this to be true with more research online.
